* Which host upload I used ?
HTTP, Mediafire, Rapidshare, Depositfiles, Filefactory and Megaupload.

* Can I manage all upload files?
Yes. All files I can manage, it mean it link Dead you can Report Dead and you can Request Upload it again. Your request in my queue, when I finished upload file again, an automactic email send to you for new download link.

* What happen if I don't use my real email?
Wowo, If did, you can't received any email from me when you Request Upload file.

* What is the image in each host

* Does PNASoft store any files on its server?
No. All files now upload to free host. Please contact the content providers to delete copyright contents if any. Like one of thounsands website in the Internet, PNASoft only index the content only.

* What file type I used?
All upload file use RAR file.

* How about the password?
All files you download use the same password and the password you can see in the right-panel when you open it with WinRAR program.

* Did I place ads in my site
Sure, I place it in some pages, If you know how you can do that with my ads.

* If you find a good free host for uploaded ? Why you didn't tell me?

* What does it mean ?

			You can download this file, but in the download page I place new version link for this file. Why you download this older version?

* How can I know my User Points and User Level ?
In the top right of each page, each display the User Points (Blue Text) and User Level (Red Text).

* How I increase my points? You can increase your point in some case:
    a. When you open window download link. +5xUserLevel points. Because files uploaded in some hosts, and you can get points in the first opened download window of download file page. In this window, if you saw text: You get xxx points ... -> it mean your points increase when you do this function.
    b. When your Report Dead link and I verify this Link Dead. Your points now increase +5xUserLevel points.
    c. When you enter some comment and I aproved it display in my blog. +3xUserLevel for each comment.

* Did you decrease my points? Sure, I decrease your point in some case:
    a. When you Report Dead link, and I verify this link Not Dead. Make sure your report OK, if not sure try Cancel function in the My Reports page. -5xUserLevel for this mistake action.
    b. When you Request Upload and I uploaded it, send link to your email. With this Request function your points decrease some points. -5xUserLevel for MediaFire host, -10xUserLevel for Rapidshare host, -15xUserLevel for Depositfiles host, -20xUserLevel for FileFactory host and -25xUserLevel for MegaUpload host.
    c. When you try SPAM comment in my site. -5xUserLevel points each comment.

* A big question. How I increase my Level ?.Sure, when your point reach these value and it atomatic changed your Level.
